Course Description
This 5-week series will explore the cultural and historical contexts of ancient Israel, focusing on key theological themes of the Pentateuch such as covenant, holiness, wisdom, and justice. Participants will examine the significance of Sabbath, purity, and shalom, discovering how these ideas shaped Israel’s identity and relationship with God. Through key texts, we’ll uncover the enduring relevance of lament, peace, and faithful living.
