Course Description
This 4-week hybrid course will introduce attendees to the fundamental role that resource development plays in the material and spiritual life of churches, and also faith-based nonprofit organizations.
Participants should not only gain a theologically grounded understanding of financial stewardship, but also become knowledgeable regarding the practical ingredients for fundraising success.

Meet the Instructor: Robert Townes
Principal of the Atlanta-based fundraising firm of Sinclair, Townes & Company
Rob Townes has more than thirty years of experience in development and public relations, providing general, annual, and capital campaign counsel for numerous non-profits. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Emory University's Candler School of Theology, a B.B.A. from the University of Mississippi, and has served on Emory University's Alumni Board of Governors. He has served as an adjunct professor at Candler School of Theology teaching Resource Development and Management for Churches and Nonprofits.
